- great people to work with, access to approachable senior team members who you can learn a lot from - access to opportunities that suited my ambitions - fast learning environment - no day is the same an i am constantly challenged - respected on my CV
Cons
- sometimes the hours are long considering the pay we get as trainees but this is offset with the experience and strength of your CV for future - big firm = fair amount of bureaucracy which can be frustrating but goes with the territory tbh - You have got to know what you want, why you want it, and make sure the right people know it. If you don't push for what you want you wont get it - simple. - No one cares about your career progression like you do so take responsibility for it, get on to the right jobs ASAP and build your reputation.
