      Pros

      The benefits are much, much, much better than my previous employment. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the team structure. Everyone is eager to share knowledge, if your eager to learn. So far, so good. I'm enjoying this learning curve time and am preparing myself to delve in and start performing.

      Cons

      From what I gather... those that want to progress within the company go the extra mile. Whether that means staying at work late, coming in early or working on the weekend.

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
