      Absolutely nothing, maybe just having the name on your CV I guess

      Cons

      -No structure or organization whatsoever, management running around like headless chickens -Scapegoating Juniors and Interns for lack of managerial competence -Complete abuse of workplace dynamics -Total and utter lack of relevant professional development for the job -Environment is a toxic cesspit -You don't come out with any worthwhile skills, it's a massive waste of time, energy and sanity -Very underpaid

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
