      Pros

      HR and IT were nice and respectful

      Cons

      Too many on the engagement team were not nice or empathetic, and it felt like people didn't want to train a newbie because that newbie might surpass them. They expected you to know everything beforehand. Just a not good experience. And, they never give you feedback on your work before they yank you off the engagement without warning. I still never saw evidence of what I did wrong or badly.

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
