Pros
As is said of all Big4's, the learning experience is great. I am a totally different person every year that goes by. The salary is not terrible considering some of the accounting positions I've seen in the current job market. The management level has been great to me, I haven't had many issues at all with my bosses.
Cons
The work-life balance sucks so bad. I don't care how often people say that the firm is working on this aspect, but to be honest it just gets worse. In addition to this issue, the culture in general is pretty bad if you consider that most people actually guilt-trip you if you ever decide to leave early or something of the sort.
