      Pros

      Relaxed work and not much work load. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow. Senior management is racist and micromanagers. Never satisfied with team. Own mistakes are hidden and others mistakes are blown out of proportion. No appraisal or promotion instead year end review is used to humiliate.
