Pros
The other teachers are always really supportive, and the teaching hours were pretty fair.
Cons
Last minute cover was always a big inconvenience and you could rarely say no and never compensated for it. The college director was absolutely useless and didn't know the first thing about teaching, proudly saying he hadn't taught anything for years.
