      Pros

      Changing lives was a nice change in the regular feel of a sales job. No bones about it...the pressure of a sales job brings the pay of a sales job though it also comes with a deep sense of satisifaction

      Cons

      Irrational objectives and irrational pressure. There are administrative departments in place that "call the shots" on your sales to determine if they will count for you or not.

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.
