Terrible management in program management department - Administrative Assistant Kaplan Employee Review

Must manage immediate supervisor mood and say yes to everything. Immediate supervisor won’t take no for an answer and if one does that he/she will be deemed as rude. Small department but a lot of politics which makes it hard for one to survive if you don’t polish their boots. Company is spoon feeding students like they are high school students and they are always right.
