Pros
Great people - lots of fun. There are lots of resources provided for employees to develop job knowledge, but not much in the personal growth area. It's nice to work in a place where everyone is truly smart!
Cons
Long hours, low pay. Certain areas have few available jobs and the competition is not friendly. Their HR department is terrified of upset employees and lawsuits - so much so that they simply will not reprimand employees. Sometimes they wont even give construtive criticism. The overall pay structure is not streamlined - there is LOTS of variation between people in the same position.
