The company is full of bright, educated, talented, hard working people. Your colleagues are the best part of the job. Good benefits also.
Cons
The pay is terrible. This is common knowledge amongst the entire company. You are given too much responsibility and underpaid severely. Although they tell you there is room for growth, there really is not because of too much favoritism. You will marvel on a daily basis with your coworkers how the company is able to keep a workforce of such talented people with such low pay. But actually, most employees stay a very short time. Pay is not commiserate with education or experience. Very poor communication from the top down. They will decide to implement a new company structure without actual directions from upper management. I went through a restructuring (lucky to keep my job at the time) and from my perspective, it had not done any good for the employees. Each Center and area is too independent, no consistency. We had no idea what the South or West Coast were doing, and I'm sure vice verse.
