      Pros

      Great people to work with, lots of advice and development, good forward thinking technologically advanced work force.

      Cons

      lack of training, but that is something that is being addressed. Also after a large re org the company is still getting its operational legs under it.

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.
