Great training - they really invest in training at the start and throughout so you feel confident in your job role. Many chances to progress - you can progress quiet quickly with this company if you want to and are reliable. Sick pay, pension, annual leave, regular staff meetings is a good bonus.
Cons
The actual role of Student Services Advisor is tough and it’s not for everyone. It’s a difficult role and probabley should pay more compared to other roles and the work from home roles.
