If the software that routes the calls does Not reflect your schedule on the payroll software, you are docked pay. If their system has 'glitches', they try to blame your internet provider, your computer, etc. You must sign out for a restroom break, and if you do so too often, it counts as being in the "unavailable" status which is a mortal sin. If this happen what is according to them 'too often', they lock you out of the system so you cannot receive calls and provides them an excuse to Not pay you!
