Pros
Ability to Work from home
Cons
Poor Management. I went through the whole hiring process with them. I went to the New Hire Orientation. You had an option to do it over the phone or on an online black board. I was having issues getting in online, so I just called in on my phone since it was an option because I didn't want to miss anything. When it got to roll call. They called your name, then told you to press * 6 to let them know you were present. That's what I did. I got a call the next day saying I was a no call no show. I informed them that I pressed * 6 when I was instructed to do during roll call. Then she said OK & said she would send it to the leadership to see if they would count it. I sent in my call log to prove I was there, even gave them all my notes from the Orientation. They called me on the phone and pretty much stated that because I didn't say "Here" after I pressed *6, that my presence didn't count. They said that was the only way that they could possibly know I was there. And what makes this situation so stupid. The lady who called me was the person who DID the roll call. I'm sitting here telling you what YOU said and that's still not enough proof for you. Her and I sat there and talked 5 mins about what she said to me and what information was given during the orientation and they still let me go. After this happened, I'm glad I wasn't employed by them because if they are that petty to let me go because I didn't say "here" and I presented them with all the information from the orientation which is the entire point of orientation, they aren't a company I would want to work for anyway. They were more focus on being right in the situation in saying I wasn't there rather than saying, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
