Cons
No space for advancement. No Space for improving skills within Kelly. Very Bad and expensive medical benefits and No Matching 401(k). No way to forward your existing Kelly statistics onto another potential site, must reapply from the beginning. Middle management is out of touch and belongs to a Different branch of Kelly, since all problems have to go through them to be acted on it is sometimes to their benefit to be obstructionist. Poor vetting of middle management and no easy and anonymous way to report problems with the Contracting Company or the Kelly Supervisor. Poor referencing and HR department make using Kelly as a spring board difficult.
