Pros
This is actually a branch of Kelly Services called Kelly OCG. We are staffed in Reno, NV at Microsoft Licensing, GP. This operation is actually a decent paycheck for easy work. The benefits are not stellar, they are okay. Usually, when you take a job at Kelly, the expectation is that you have a foot in the door to the company that has contracted Kelly. This does not apply at this operation, because it is very rare that this subsidiary of Microsoft hires outsourced staff; therefore, if you are looking for just a job with a paycheck this is a good place – if you are looking for a launch for a career, look someplace else.
Cons
You are outsourced staff at Microsoft Licensing. Expect little or no benefits. Expect to be traded like cattle on the open market if your company’s contract is underbid by another contractor (also ‘vendor’). Expect to be patronized by the Microsoft staff. Expect little, or no opportunities for transfer, or advancement.
