Pros
- Good pay that matches Target. - Can change schedule after being employed with company long enough. - Remote (equipment provided) - Extra work time during busy seasons.
Cons
- You’re judged by metrics, it doesn’t matter if you follow procedures and are friendly/professional negative reviews counts. - Keep changing rules, even if you pull the articles and follow them. If you don’t give the customer information top to bottom you could be a step closer to termination. - It takes one mistake to end up on final warning. - No bereavement days and only one week of PTO that can be denied if there is too much business demand. - Forced promotions for only 50 cents extra on a job that will fire you if your metrics are low. I was great at phones, but terrible at Mac. Plus they changed how the performance was graded during my promotion. - No steady work schedule, sometimes I get off at 10pm, 9pm or 8:30pm. They only give the schedule two wks in advance. - It’s a temp agency, you can only go so far. There’s not a way to get into corporate Kelly unless you’ve been there for 10+ years as a TL supervisor. - Passive Aggressiveness, the new TL I have will sometimes log me out on purpose or take control of my mouse for a second. - Micromanaged, They expect us to use the bathroom using our break/lunch time which is ludicrous. - If Apple decides to one day not work with the company everyone loses their job.
