Pros
It's a good place if you're a recent college grad or not having much luck finding a job elsewhere. They called me and told me about the opening. The next week, I was working my first day. No interview required.
Cons
The job description and hours the recruiter told me were not correct. The recruiter also did not seem to know what he was doing. Direct deposit took over a month to activate because they had lost my paperwork. Seems very disorganized.
