Pros

Work at home Independence Not really many upsides

The schedule is horrible if you have anyone you care about don’t do it , The schedule is all over the place there is no consistency at all week to week your schedule can go from 8am to 7 am to 8:15 9 am it varies , on top of that they ease you in and youll soon be pressured to take the more demanding job of Mac plus , which encapsulates every apple product.. they’ve fazed out departments and piled that into a select group so now you’ll be paid a small portion of what real apple techs get and then lured in by fake benefits that don’t cover anything and is really expensive to maintain, they don’t have medical dental they have a really expensive none insurance that will wipe out your check , promotion is a no go , Only a select few will get that.. and as of late they completely stopped the ability to move up by not posting internal jobs and simply tossing the people who do the most stressful jobs the ability to train other people which is a total slap in the face, Management is allowed to be totally disrespectful to advisors and the program allows it , To suppress advisors from getting together and discussing it they closely monitor the chats and interactions . This isn’t a good job and the turn over is very high I spent 7 years hoping and wishing I’d get promoted only to see favorite sleep their way thru the work at home program and meet with people to sleep together and move up I quit I wasn’t fired because this is essentially a dead end job with no benefits no work life balance and tons of stress the customers are allow to disrespect you and hold on to surveys that they can use to go in and take out their frustrations with the apple store on you. So you’ll speak with a customer then help them to the fullest of your ability only to have them save the survey and use it as a weapon to get what they want, it’s a very unfair system and if you don’t mind risking your lifestyle to play Russian roulette with Kelly then they may be the job for you . Everyone I started with was gone in a matter of months and the turnover has only gotten worse due to policies that favor disgruntled customers who use the survey system to exact revenge on you. The final draw for me was these people will literally take your hours and pay you what they want you to have, when they have technical issues they don’t pay you and you’ll be short each week, they’ll blame your internet and run you in circles where it’s designed to keep your confused beware do not do it Kelly has sunk to them bottom and they’ll pay you 17 bucks but you will be doing the jobs of 7 people because they chosen to faze out departments and pile the work on certain advisors

Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
