Pros
There's flexibility in my job. Work life balance, my managers understand that I have other obligations, duties and enjoy activities outside of work. For the most part I am able to come in early or leave later just so I can be able to take care of responsibilities at home and my manager understands that. Opportunity to work in other divisions, locations and to support different clients.
Cons
The logo is recognized ONLY as a "temporary" staffing agency, so people always think that my job itself is temporary. As a staffing person we're always supposed to be talking or networking, so it would be nice to have our cell phone and internent service paid for. Also, having access to a laptop to work from home is GREAT, it allows for me to check emails and do work from home. I think this is something every recruiter who's had a proven successful track record should all have access to this technology. Recruiting has changed dramatically since 10 years ago. Nowadays we're more likely to find someone online than in person.
