Pros
The managers in my team did there best to make do with what they had and are genuinely nice folk...well most of them.
Cons
Where do we start? The backwards nature of the entire office? No collaboration between teams, disjointed outlooks across the different 'brands'. They cripple employees who have new ideas for fear it will disrupt the way the business works. It's not the 1970's anymore. Rid your white walls and KPI's and offer something different. Heads roll very quickly because of draconian practices brought down from the supposed 'leader' of APAC and EU operations. I genuinely feel for the people still stuck at this place.
