Pros
After years as a contract employee, we finally get paid holidays in alignment with Kelly's client. Talent manager doesn't micromanage and leaves you to do your job as long as you're performing satisfactorily.
Cons
The pay is low for an executive assistant in metro Atlanta and after you reach the top of your pay band, no more merit increases are given - no matter how outstanding your reviews are. So that removes any incentive to further excel (client's loss). And when client halts merit increases for FTE's, Kelly uses that as an excuse to hold back on theirs, too.
