      good benefits, learn a lot for the future, coworkers are great main reason I stayed as long as I did

      Cons

      more and more added to plate without increase in pay, occasionally managers playing favorites, and no sense of opportunity to move up in the company

      Early days when line is working smoothly.

      Cons

      Work can be 5 days a week or 3 days a week with one week off a month. Depends on industry demand.
