Very quick. If you’re able to talk to a manager right away they will assess you and tell you immediately if they need you or not. You can then ask questions about the plant, ask to meet your group leader, ask how many units are being made a day, etc. Find the right plant manager and the interview process is a breeze!InterviewDo you have any experience?
