Pros
The pay is above minimum (12 an hour with .75 cent raises every 4 months, tops out at 15) Depending on your work ethic, you (the employee) could be moved to various positions around the line (offering some variety)
Cons
The people...harassment is punishable by a simple, ineffective "Stop" by Management and sometimes management will literally does nothing to stoo harrasment, even if it occurs right in front of them. The Environment is incredibly hostile and stressful, "everything must be done and must be done now" type of attitude.
