Pros

it was work from home only as no office in Ireland Software product is very good at what it does which is Supply chain management. Company grew beyond expectations without improving customer experience (with support) accordingly

Cons

several diverse maintenance task with unclear/finnicky procedures required to complete and get approval before completion. some simple tasks had to be routed through other teams via internal ticketing and requirements depended on who the ticket was assigned to. Large workload of diverse tasks requiring in-depth knowledge of (single) product. Very poor inter team (geo.) coordination daily team calls always discussing the same topics around procedures for example for hand-offs with other teams or tasks in general. It was never ending.
