      Something needs to change

      Pros

      I truly love working here. From the teams I’ve worked with, to the projects I’ve built, everything has been great. There is always an opportunity to better yourself whether that be through trainings and certifications or through working with new people. The benefits are good with unlimited PTO and every month having the last Friday off.

      Cons

      Middle management and pay structures. Managers don’t really support you or care about your career development. There is little to no feedback throughout the year, even when asking for it, then at EOY reviews you may get a one sentence blurb on how your teammates thought you did this year. Middle management also has nothing to do with day to day activities so the only information they are getting is from the teams you’re working with and that’s how promotions are decided. The career path is so unclear and whenever asked about how to rise up you are given are so extremely vague. The pay used to be pretty ok in comparison to others in the industry, but now is far below.

      Pros

      Great place to build Functional Expertise in supply chain domain, Growing company - it offers lots of opportunities to learn and pick career path in the software industry. A killer product in Supply Chain Domain. There are lots of folks around, who have been with company for 12-15 yrs in HQ, they are always enthusiastically helpful - and that is only thing working for this company- But company may not grow after a point because of cons

      Cons

      Long hours. Expensive benefits for US based employees. Very Unattractive ESPP . No RSU/ESOP. They may have problem in retaining talent. B-grades will stay but A's will move on. Just negotiate paycheck when coming in. It is impossibly hard after that, and if you like stock compensation- ask to be a VP. They have tons of them now .

      Options for remote working but not if you’re close to an office.

      Cons

      They say their people are number one but they don’t and retracted a work from home policy for workers.
