Pros
I've worked in many organizations large and small and Kinaxis is the first place where world class talent is present at every level of the organization, from developers right through to management. Further the culture of the organization is very family oriented, for lack of a better word, in that you feel like you're part of a team, and that they're really looking out for you. Very few places actually believe in this philosophy and Kinaxis makes it a point to operate as such. Everyone is very open to share their knowledge and very collaborative. If you're a new grad, or a senior, you'll learn things here that you may never in other places. I would give Kinaxis top marks across the board. Would recommend it without question.
Cons
Drive into Kanata from Orleans put a few miles on the car, but drive time is comparable to going into downtown or west Huntclub.
