Next to no staff benefits, poor treatment of support staff, elitist and zero support for new starters.
The lower-mid level Managers have no idea how to manage people and create a culture of fear amongst new starters. I witnessed managers inappropriately touching female members of staffing, condescending and bullying behaviour towards junior members of staff and a total disregard towards support staff. The managers do a great job of managing upwards but have no idea about the staff below them, and looking inwards it appears to just be a competition amongst the predominantly male managers of who can succeed the quickest. I think this reviewer summed things up perfectly: "When I got offered the job at KF I thought I had made it ... top in the class of estate agency. How wrong can one person be. The perception is that they are a great company and know what they are doing. In reality the middle management team run around in circles, back stabbing each other. I was one of the lucky ones, my face fitted but if your face didn't fit your life was made very difficult"
