Pros

The majority of people are very friendly (or pretend to be) Intellectual people in the top of their field You can learn alot Great brand name to have on your cv Well Known

Cons

Low pay ALOT of office politics No support for mental health Heavily a white male partnership - it is a traditional 'old boys network' No loyalty to hard-workers or a pay increase when you role changes Poor employment benefits There is a lot of favouritism and the majority of people get jobs because they are friends with someone in the business Bullying from management Boderline racist Limited desks means people are forced to work in quiet rooms
