Pros
-promotes the concept of being inclusive (whether they are is a different matter) -charity involvement fairly high- 3 days allowance for charity days is a lovely touch -Knight Frank on the CV looks great
Cons
-really poisonous work culture at particular branch -management that has no place managing. Never encountered such incompetency and poor communication from individuals that are supposed to be 'managers' -intense micro-managing -in person training incredibly poor. Although they preach helping each other out, when it comes to it they will complain or delegate elsewhere -attitudes towards fellow colleagues behind each others back worse than a school playground -unrealistic expectations to walk into the job and grasp everything within less than a week -frequent 'pass the buck' situations and lack of responsibility ownership -rather blame the new individual raising the issues than deal internally -new ideas are not appreciated -no matter how much time, effort, or lunch break you give, they will always complain -no trust or discretion with management or otherwise
