Pros
Great place to gain experience and learn if you’re wanting to be an assistant or office manager. Also good opportunities to move around the company due to its size
Cons
No work life balance, operations coordinators are overloaded with work (marketing, health and safety etc as well as your normal day to day tasks). Pay doesn’t match the work, and to increase your pay you have to take on more work (bolt on roles)!!
