Small team, lots of work to do in shared hands

The only pro is the benefits

Knowland has suffered immensely under the CEO's leadership. He's two-faced, pitting his executives against each other, which led to the departure of two of the company's best leaders. His lack of honesty and transparency is alarming—he constantly lies and makes poor business decisions that hurt the company. A prime example is hiring new employees only to do a mass layoff a month later. The way things are going, it’s only a matter of time before the company goes under, and it’s all due to the CEO's destructive leadership. Because of this, I'm jumping ship.
