Actual meaningful training and skill building opportunities, relatively easy to transfer to different geographic regions, management seems hungry to embrace new technologies and industries.
Cons
Machines have become vastly more reliable in the past 10 years leading to maytag-man syndrome. Last year or so upper management has become increasingly eager to use metrics of questionable value to judge employee/team/regional performance.
