      Pros

      Great people! Fairly stable if you're in the right department/work group or geography

      Cons

      Under market pay scale for large "coast" cities. Very Minneapolis-centric in terms of salary scale. Several Consultants think they are "gods gift" and very patronizing and other team members.Minneapolis based senior management team seems a little out of touch and insulated.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Flexibility, working from home, company encouraged growth, 10% 401K match with a discretionary additional match and discretionary bonus.

      Cons

      Haven't gotten a cost of living or merit increase in over 5 years.
