Pros

The flexibility and remote work environment are some of the biggest positives. The people across the company are smart, collaborative, and genuinely good to work with, making it easy to learn from others and work through challenges together. I really appreciate the managers who have been great coaches who genuinely invest in helping employees grow and develop in their careers.

Cons

Priorities and processes can shift quickly , so adaptability and a willingness to ask questions are important to be successful. The fast moving nature of a smaller/medium sized business environment may not be the right fit for everyone, but for people who enjoy being part of a company that can pivot quickly and continue evolving, it can be a very rewarding place to work.

Pros

-Remote work -WFH stipend -Consistent paycheck

Cons

Scrolling through the reviews on Glassdoor for Kotis, the review posted 3/20/24 still rings true. Micromanagement here is real. I feel like a 16 year old kid at my first job daily. Everything is tracked, and you have to meet insane expectation to receive your full bonus. Some co-workers are amazing and willing to help, others in more senior roles talk behind your back and belittle you for asking questions or responding in a way they do not approve of. Managers do not like change and are resistant to any suggestion of such. They also talk behind each other's back to employees making you feel awkward and not sure who to "side with". Reading some of these older reviews makes me nervous as it appears management and HR are not taking these claims/concerns seriously and changes are not being made. While this company comes off strong on paper and during the interview process, it is not what it seems. -Low salary -Terrible 401k -Make you wear uniforms on calls and have specific Kotis approved items in your background
