      Pros

      Office culture was solid for most of the time I was there. Clinicians cared heavily about patients. Sales leaders did care and were genuinely trying to help you succeed. Autonomy was great.

      Cons

      Lots of reports and meetings on the front side. Lots.

      Pros

      LHC group is a good company to work for. They offered training and support from management. I would say a solid company culture from my experience. I felt supported and checked on by my team.

      Cons depend on the agency you work for. I had a good experience with my location and team.
