Business Outlook
Pros
Great compensation package; both base salary and bonus structure is excellent. ESOP contribution annually makes for an exceptional retirement package. Excellent dedication to quality products. Very competent engineering staff.
Cons
Work is very demanding, deadlines are tight and budgets usually are too. Anyone who cannot handle a quick moving environment with lots of pressure probably won't enjoy the job.
