Welcoming Environment Fun place to work More "human" than big box stores This was my first job and I was able to move up easily. The people I worked with worked with me and worked like a family. Not much (if any) headbutting
Cons
It's retail. You'll deal with a variety of customers. The good, the bad, the memorable (in one way or another). Don't let this discourage you though. This is a great company to work for
