The company places an emphasis on autonomy, giving you the chance to explore ways to make a difference. You are encouraged to work however works best for you, with flexible hours and unlimited PTO, work-life balance is great.
Cons
The business itself is very complex and constantly evolving, and while that does keep things interesting you can feel lost. The segments of the business are all very unique making collaboration imperative, so at times competing priorities can cause delays and hold progress.
