Pros
- Had good, hard-working coworkers who were fun to socialize and collaborate alongside - Within in a mall that has food court access - Tasks were interesting and it felt as though we are actively helping people
Cons
- Tasks were demanding and it often felt as though we never had enough time to finish anything - Upper management imposed increasing requirements without improving UI / communication on their end
