Pros
Worked 2 part times at for 2 different Lenscrafters which made me technically full time. It is hard to find a good full time job in Austin, TX but very easy to find part time positions. Overall, they pay is reasonable for a new grad.
Cons
No benefits at all since I was part time. I know when you are full time depending on who you work for the benefits will vary since all the eye exam portion of Lenscrafters is own by different people. Texas is a 2 door state.
