Fun environment to work in if you like optics! Definitely recommend a high volume store because it's where all the action happens! It's great to build lifelong customers and lasting relations and best of all, helping people see. *Based on Northeast Region
Cons
The level of service expected by upper management is impossible to give with the limited staff and hours. Corporate stresses that "customers matter" yet there are a lot of things we could do to help our customers that are "prohibited". Associates are just results, not people and they don't let you forget it. Upper management likes to rule by intimidation. *Based on Northeast Region
