Pros
As an optical compay LensCrafters is very well respected. The optical field is a great area of work to gain experience in since it will always be around. They do alot of non-proft work and offer alot of room for volunteering as well.
Cons
It is a very catty place to work. The ONLY thing they care about is sales, the medical aspect means nothing. It is now a high fashion place to shop, and no longer a medical office. Moving up is next to impossible, they only hire management from outside the company usually. But they encourage their management to promise things to employees in order to get more service out of them, however those promises will never be fulfilled.
