      Pros

      The work is very interesting. The people I work with have a great team attitude. Full time employees get benefits. The pay is fair.

      Cons

      Commissions have been drastically cut. Store employees don't get the recognition for a job well done anymore. Customers have gotten meaner and ruder. You get yelled at almost everyday.

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
