Pros
Flexibility with ours and scheduling and better pay compensation then working for private practices.
Cons
The company doesn't allow enough hours to accommodate the amount of patients flow, so you always do the job of about three people. Hard to move up in the company, they often hire outside for general managers from non optical retail stores.
