Constantly crashing computer system, Worried more about percentages than money, some locations now have ANOTHER location within the same mall to compete with, incompetent decisions made at higher levels by clueless leadership. Accufit; if it's so accurate, WHY does it have to tweeked every time by an optician???? PD sticks are cheaper! Stop trying to 'Wow' people with time consuming tech that works half the time! Get rid of Ipads, most of the time you can't log in, or they don't connect to the servers!
