Pros
Some stores are much better than others. It is an ok way to get through college.
Cons
Some stores look like garbage and haven't been updated in 30 years, yet they are still rolling out new ones. High volume stores are horrendously staffed due to an extremely high turnover rate. The matrix for distributing hours is pretty flawed. Higher up management doesn't actually do anything. They no longer care about employee advancement or benefits. Another ever changing, quarter to quarter, corporate controlled company.
