Pros
Competitive pay, free glasses annually, opportunity to travel internationally on OneSight missions.
Cons
Too much pressure to meet sales and KPI goals. TONS of paperwork and micromanaging. No concern for the customer, just the bottom line. Labs closing, change of CEO 3 times in 3 years. Commission has gotten worse over the years and every year it changes.
